My Smart Box is operated by My Slim Boks (PTY) LTD. We sell educational boxes, workbooks, arts and crafts products, and learning resources designed to support children’s development through play.

Our products are created to encourage learning, creativity, confidence and growth.

3. Products

We do our best to display our products accurately on the website, including descriptions, images and prices.

Please note that product colours, packaging and contents may vary slightly depending on availability, screen settings or supplier changes.

We reserve the right to update, change or discontinue products at any time.

4. Product Suitability

Our products are designed for children and should be used under adult supervision.

Parents, guardians and caregivers are responsible for ensuring that products and activities are suitable for the child’s age, abilities and safety needs.

Some products may contain small parts, craft items, paint, paper, toys or other activity materials. These should be used safely and kept away from children where they may present a choking or safety risk.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance if there is a stock, pricing or payment issue.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:

• A product is out of stock
• Payment is not received
• Incorrect information was provided
• There is a pricing or website error
• We suspect fraud or misuse of the website

6. Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price shown at the time of checkout will apply to your order, unless there is an obvious error.

7. Payment

Payments are processed securely through PayFast or another payment provider available on our website.

Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

We do not store your full card details on our website.

8. Delivery

We deliver products across South Africa, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery is handled by The Courier Guy or another courier service used by My Smart Box.

Estimated delivery time is usually 4–5 working days after purchase and payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, public holidays, stock availability or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details.

9. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are paid by the customer unless otherwise stated in a promotion or special offer.

The final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

10. Incorrect Delivery Details

If you provide an incorrect delivery address or contact number, delivery may be delayed or returned.

Additional courier fees may apply if the parcel needs to be resent due to incorrect details provided by the customer.

11. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

You may request a return or exchange if:

• You received the wrong product
• The product arrived damaged
• The product has a manufacturing fault
• The issue is reported within a reasonable time after delivery

12. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety and digital product reasons, certain items may not be returnable once opened, used or downloaded.

Non-returnable items may include:

• Downloadable PDF workbooks
• Used arts and crafts materials
• Opened paint, craft or activity items
• Products damaged through misuse
• Products not in their original condition

13. Digital Products and Workbooks

Some workbooks may be sold as downloadable PDF products.

Digital products are normally delivered electronically after successful payment. Because digital products cannot be physically returned, refunds may not be available once the file has been downloaded or accessed, unless required by law or unless there is a technical issue that we cannot resolve.

Digital workbooks are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, resold or distributed without written permission from My Smart Box.

14. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been packed, dispatched or processed.

Once an order has been handed to the courier, it cannot usually be cancelled. You may contact us to discuss possible return options.

15. Intellectual Property

All website content, product names, images, logos, designs, text, graphics, worksheets and digital materials belong to My Smart Box or are used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, edit, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

16. Website Use

You agree not to use this website for unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purposes.

You may not attempt to hack, damage, overload, copy or interfere with the website or its systems.

17. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to provide quality products and accurate information. However, we are not responsible for losses caused by:

• Incorrect use of products
• Lack of adult supervision
• Delivery delays outside our control
• Website downtime
• Third-party payment or courier issues
• Incorrect information provided by the customer

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

We reserve the right to change, cancel or end promotions at any time. Discount codes may have expiry dates, usage limits or specific conditions.
